WORLDWIDE SALES AGENTS
Laptech Precision Inc. are to strengthen their Worldwide Sales and Marketing network through the appointment of further Sales Agents.
The company manufacture High Quality Quartz Crystals for specialist applications including AT, SC, and IT Cut resonators, QCM, Lapping, Material Processing, Polishing and Thin Film Services.
Through its parent manufacturing company Laptech Precision Inc. also provide a unique product range of Precision OCXO, TCXO, VCXO and PLL oscillators for the Telecommunication, Instrumentation, Military, Research and Aerospace markets.
Specialist applications include wildlife tracking tags for which Laptech Precision Inc. manufacture sub-miniature leaded crystals with excellent r.f. specifications, volume manufacture of OCXO SC Cut crystals and low magnetic signature high temperature glass enclosures. The company has demonstrated a competitive edge in the design and manufacture of low noise SC cut quartz crystals with excellent long term stability and developed innovative sealing technology that enables this performance to be realised in true surface mount configurations.
Laptech Precision also undertake custom developments for Research and production requirements.
Our agents must demonstrate a technical ability to discuss Frequency Control Products at an engineering level and possess an intimate knowledge of their own market.

TECHNICAL SALES ASSOCIATE
This opportunity occurs at an exciting time of substantial modernisation for the business, its facilities and production equipment. The frequency control industry is a specialist industry critical to modern communications, timing, measurement and satellite navigation. The successful applicant will play a key role in taking the company forwards into new markets and global expansion.
Laptech Precision Inc. manufacture High Quality Precision Quartz Crystals at their Canadian, Ontario facility. This specialist production provides Quartz Crystals to manufacturers of Animal Tags, Precision Oscillators and Research Projects together with Material Lapping and Processing.
The Technical Sales Associate is a critical member of the sales and customer service team located at Bowmanville, Ontario, Canada. Answerable directly to the Company President the Associate will be responsible for working closely with Engineering, Production and International Sales to ensure customer satisfaction and promote sales growth.
Specific responsibilities will include:
Market research to find opportunities, new customers for market development and provide growth in sales
Prepare customer proposals for new and existing customers and follow up customer quotations
Interface with engineering and production to ensure a timely response to customer needs and product deliveries
Assist with future development strategy and develop an intimate industrial and product knowledge and close relationships with customers
Qualifications may include:
A background in the Frequency Control or Material Processing Industries, Basic Electronics knowledge, at least two years experience in working with OEM companies in a Sales or Engineering Position, Excellent Computer Literacy, Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills and should possess the Drive and Enthusiasm to succeed.
Remuneration will include a basic salary and a commission against sales and the opportunity to participate in a unique profit share scheme available to all employees.
