PROGRAM CONTROL:

• Plate weight, rotation speed, carrier direction, carrier revolutions and plate rotation count can all be programmed in advance.
• 10 fully independent programs can be stored and accessed from the PLC keypad.

MANUAL OPERATION:

• Plate weight, speed, carrier rotation and shut off counter, can all be adjusted “ on the fly. “
• Carrier rotation can be programmed to go through regular speed or direction changes even when operated in manual mode.
• Initial plate weight can be programmed to always rest lightly on the work pieces regardless of the running weight setting.
